iPhone Saving JB apps/settings/tweaks from 4S to 5

I'm sure there will be a JB for the new iOS of the iPhone 5 and those that upgrade other devices to ios 6. Is there a way to keep all of the tweaks and apps for the new OS?

Never a good idea to do a mass restore when moving to a new firmware level.

It will be sometime before all the tweaks you are using on iOS5 will be compatible with iOS6.

It would take you days to sort out the incompatible tweaks/hacks.

new devices usally offer new challenges as well iPhone 4 and down will have jailbreaks very quickly though they might be tethered for a while. 4S and iPhone 5? will most likely be a while. the newest devices those usually present new challenges. I hope we get a jailbreak fast but don't be surprised in we are waiting a few months.
