I am using Brave Browser on iPadOS 13. I would like to save a webpage as a PDF but there is no ability to do that. In Safari on iPadOS 13, I can sort of doing by exporting to my Goodnotes app but it is not coming out properly as certain information is missing (I am trying to print a page from consumer reports which requires a subscription, to share with my family).

Am I missing something here? Or do I need to purchase another bloody app to work with this operating system?

in Brave ck oout the 3dots off to the bottom right. Use "Share Width" "Create PDF"
it seems to want to do something so i emailed the pdf to myself.
it worked!

instead of emailing you could put it in the dropBox or something. Or use the ios "Finder" and push it onto a deskTop. something but email worked.

A couple of problems.

My three dots are on the top right but maybe it is a customizable location of the toolbar.

I do not have the "create pdf" option in the "share with..." section. So perhaps you have an app that is allowing for that? My version of Brave is updated for iOS 13. Please don't tell me to upgrade to 14 but that is buggy as he**

In Safari, a simple method that works for me is save the web page to Books where it's converted to a PDF. From there, it can be copied to Files, email, or really anywhere.

Power users? ?‍♂️
You are playing with me right? If power users are using an iPad for everything then I need to find out what they are doing.

I can multitask on an MacOS like a boss and can fly between multiple multiple windows. But this thing...multitasking, playing audio in the background...simple tasks like resizing images, copying documents saving a page as a pdf requires multiple steps is ridiculous. Even worse, needing to use a third-party app for a simple task like copying documents because the native app sucks, is embarassing. I love the hardware, but for crying out loud. Anyway....it's me venting and I apologize. The purpose of the thread was how to save a web page as a PDF and it's been solved. Forums rock.

Worked. But why does everything have to be so complicated in iPadOS?
I think the answer in this case is that it simplifies life for developers. They don’t have to build in a pdf export function because the operating system is generating the pdf. All they do is provide the printer interface. It’s the printing system that creates the pdf.

there should be a lot of apps do that.
I think an app called printer pro can let you print to PDF, but it's been a while since I used that app so I'm not sure.

there should also be plenty of shortcuts shared online, maybe a google search will help you.
