sbsetting for iphone 3G on 3.0?

Hello, i have a factory unlocked 3G phone and upgraded to 3.0 and activated it. Everything working fine but i need something to toggle/turn off edge, 3G, wifi etc. but cant seem to find sbsettings in cydia...can anyone help me out or is there another feature to toggle these settings?

SBSettings should be found in the "Free Extensions" section of the "Featured Packages" section on the Cydia main page.

I went to "Features Packages" but cant find "Free Extensions" under it? Any ideas?
