I used to enjoy using SBSettings with past jailbreaks. I am a bit surprised there is no real talk about this application nor is there a timeline on any updates for iOS7.

Is it possible I simply missed it?

Control Center killed it. What do you need from SBsettings that Control Center tweaks can't offer?

I like hiding apps I wasn't using. I also enjoy theming SBSettings.

Seemed like there was also the option to clear cache when desired.
All around, a decent tweak. I liked it.

What about showing available RAM???

ccpinfo or CCSystemStatus will show you available RAM in control center.

I'm not sure if there are any tweaks that let you hide apps (I just stick anything I don't use in a folder on my last springboard page), but FlipSwitch seems to provide all of the functionality of SBSettings as far as toggles go, though granted it is not theme-able

For me its more in the area of usability. I'll try to explain

ControlCenter usage during a running / launched app needs at least on gesture more to get to the point
ControlCenter is a new but bad designed solution. Whats the point when a minimalistic design is that bad that i have to "learn" the meaning of every icon symbol over and over again? I'm not talking about eg. The WiFi symbol but what was "respring" again? This is a flawed design. It's IOS 7 i know but that doesnt help
In SbSettings i was able to launch apps and recognize them according to the original app symbol. Easy/convenient, just good.
In ControlCenter some app icons exit eg iFile, but because of the overall flawed design we are now relying on developers drawing icons? Meehh
And last but not least, the switch buttons in SBSettings were with additional text description, so you get very fast to the point......

I'm missing SBSettings

Hiding icons can be done using many other tweaks. Poof and Springtomize are 2 that I've used and there's more.

I've been using CCtoggles to customize my CC and really like it. There are other similar tweaks for the CC. You should be able to find something to meet your needs

Yes, another happy CCToggles user, here. Between CCtoggles, FlipSwitch, and ccpinfo, I am not missing SBSettings at all

I used to use SBSettings too, until NCSettings came out, and I switched to mostly using NCSettings, because I liked the way it integrated into Notification Center. But in any case, I find that I don't like the swipe up motion needed to toggle control center. I find that I either scroll up in the open app when I intend to toggle CC, or I toggle CC when I'm trying to scroll up. I wish someone will come up with a way to fold the CC into the NC somehow, so they are both at the top. In other words, if SBSettings or NCSettings are updated to work with iOS7, that'd make me very happy. Oh, and with a way to disable CC so it isn't toggling when I don't want it!

Springtomize hides apps and much much more.

I'll have to look into Springtomize since I have the same problem like the OP.

I have SBSettings semi-functional on 7.0.6 but it's a bit squirrelly. The "more" button doesn't work since I hid mywi and cydia with it and I can't use or edit it. Haha.

Use spotlight to search for cydia.

It doesn't show it. I set Cydia in the SBSettings dock and it works but I can't find mywi. I'm in the process of deleting SBSettings and giving springtomize a shot regardless that it's $3 or if there is a better app like SBSettings?

I just reinstalled SBSettings and the "more" button works again, for now... SBSettings had an announcement in January about ios7 and I might just wait if they update it. I've been using SBsettings since iPhone 1. haha.
