Hey guys,

Had my brand new Imac 27" quad core replaced under warrantee 2 days ago and so restored my system from Time Machine. All seems well except when I tried to print it just said I needed to install the software.
I installed the lexmark all in one software and it prints perfectly, however I cannot scan. It just says No devices detected. I should point out that this is a network all in one printer, but it just won't work! I have tried using services to scan, but that doesn't list any drivers. It just seems like OSX doesn't realise I have scanner driver installed.

I have used the lexmark uninstall and then reinstall. I have fixed disk permissions prior to install to see if that was the problem. I even called the US in order to get lexmark tech support, but they don't help MAC users during the weekend!

Any ideas? I know there must be a way to completely remove the driver as I am aware that the uninstaller doesn't remove everything.

OS is SL and printer is X7675

Ideas welcome.
