I have an Canon LiDE 220 and an Epson Perfection V600 and neither is working with macOS 11, did Apple remove the support for those older scanners? That would be really sad.

did you try the native drivers in Mac? I have a Lide 110 scanner that works and a HP Officejet 5200 printer under the native driver and AirPrint enabled.

Which native drivers, I can only find the scanning tools on the websites of Canon and Epson.

Update: I found the natives ICA drivers for the Epson, I could use the one for 10.15, they work well enough. Also found the drivers for the Canon. Why are they so well hidden? Well, I'm just glad that I can continue to use them.

The native drivers I am referring to is the built-in drivers in a mac. Not the manufacturer's drivers. I want to make sure you understand what I'm saying. If you plug in scanner into the mac via USB, after a moment or two, in the printer pane, some scanners will start to appear. If you see your scanner, select it and it will install the mac's drivers.

Well, those are gone, at least for my scanners. I plugged them in. Saw them in the System Information but neither Image Capture nor any other application I use could see them. I needed to install the drivers manually. You'll need a AirPrint scanner now for macOS to support it out of the box, I guess.

I have a Lide 110 too but it is not appearing in pr. panel....are you sure what you wrote about?
