I am looking for a logo for our school. We are the warriors (not Indians) and our initials are MGCS. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am fairly computer illiterate. Oh and it needs to be in black and white. Thanks so much.

I'm afraid that requests for free work aren't really encouraged around here. I would strongly encourage you to hire a professional designer in your locality who will take a proper brief and deliver a result fit for purpose.
I didn't mean to use the site incorrectly. When I was searching I saw that other people had given advice and help with this type of thing. Just thought I could get some help.
This is not the appropriate forum to ask for the help you need. Many school logos and mascots are copyrighted. My institution uses one of its logos with permission from an NFL team. If it is not careful, then your school may infringe on a logo copyright without even knowing it. The other institution may not object. However, it is completely within its discretion to object. I am aware of schools that have been forced to change logos because they were too close to another school's logo.

While I'm not discouraging those who wish to volunteer on their own terms, there are also those on this forum who are professionals for whom the issue of what is known as 'no-spec' work is extremely contentious, and will have no qualms about telling you so, which makes this thread problematic.
