Schwab's Streetsmart.com

Can anyone tell me if you can run Schwab's StreetSmart.com on a MacBook Air? My dad lives in Vermont and he uses Schwab's StreetSmart.com on his iMac. All of the kids are planning on chipping in to buy an Air for him but we want to be sure that it will work with Schwab's software. As I understand, it uses JAVA 1.4.2+. Also StreetSmart.com does not run on a iPad. Thanks for your help.

iPad can't handle Java... so no to the iPad. But no issues on the MBA.

I run the Ameritrade version of something similar to what Schwab has, works perfectly for me.
