I read this earlier, made me laugh. Even *if* they did catch him, I imagine it's to late now to stop it, even if he wanted to. It's spread now and has a life of it's own.

I can't access the SCO website. Seems whoever wrote that thing is having a real go at them.

But what would you get for writing a virus? A fine? Might even be worth hading yourself in!!

damn, that's almost silly of them to offer a reward like that. Its like a taunt back at the guy who did it - more than likely he'll just do another one to spite them.

ah well

Hopefully he'll be caught - if he's willing to do that today, he might end up making things even worse down the road for all of us.

Jail Time

Writing a malicious virus and purposly spreading it is a federal offense I believe. You would get F-ed up if cought. Meaning major jail time.... Like 20 years or more

i don't agree with virus-creating, it's hugely irresponsible and very dangerous in today's world... who knows what could happen, people's lives are at stake. but, the enemy of mine enemy is my friend. so i gotta give the guy snaps for that.

hopefully, he'll never do it again. hopefully, he won't be caught.
