So with my brightness turned up all the way high and on a white page, I noticed my trackpad is scratched up. I've only had this Mac since last Friday and it straight up isn't coming off..

Can Apple do anything about it, I'm thinking of returning/exchanging (maybe getting 32GB RAM) and getting another one because... just in the most obscure spot.

It's small, not the end of the world, trackpad works fine but it's an eyesore and NOT EVEN my 2013 retina MacBook has a single scratch on it..

Yes, this is something they will exchange if it's brand new, I would schedule an appointment asap then it's more believable that it was just noticed and not accidentally damaged by you IMO.
