Scratch type marks

Argh!
There are some permanent marks on the screen and also on the black border which will not come out and my screen is starting to become full of smears already (The cloth was some use!)
Will Apple replace? I don't want a repair as the machine is literally just unboxed, I want a replacement! Also will they come to my house and pick up the unit as I cannot be going back to the Apple Store as it is too long a journey..
