Quick question: I'm currently loving my 64GB iPad (I'm writing from it right now). However, i've noticed a couple of faint scratches on the screen. Should I call apple about it? Would they replace the machine? It's nothing serious, but this was an $800+ investment. What do you think?

Change your background, it its the stock background that's what your seeing, not actual scratches

Are you sure it's not the background, A LOT OF PEOPLE got fooled by this. I can't believe Apple made it the default wallpaper, just too many false calls.

You should take it in the Apple store if there's one next to you, they'll replace it on the spot if there's one.

Most likely the scratches are not glass scratches but the coating is scratched. If you cleaned it with a cloth, make sure your cloth is clear of dust. Clean it once a month.

You should get a screen protector, I don't know how people are getting scratches on their iPad but just get one since you already have them. Apple most likely will not replace your screen for a second time since it'll be definitely your fault.
