Received my new black titanium iphone 16 pro 3 days ago. Noticed some scratches on the inside edges of the titanium chassis, most likely due to the back glass being pried off after installation for some reason. Box was sealed, 2 cycle count and not refurbished based on the product id. Worth having it replaced? My other worry is, probably during quality check they found something wrong with the phone, and had to reopen to check?

Absolutely send it back for replacement, you pay for perfection, not for something less than perfect

Upstate NY . Was FL.
That’s too much out of the box so return it. I’ve been there having had similar issues with a 12 pro max and 13 pro max. My current 16 PM had a small speck on the side of the frame but left it.

Thank you. The scratches were there when I unboxed the phone. Went to my telco today for replacement. Unfortunately there were no 256 iphone pros available at the store but they placed an order for one for me. Hope it won't take long before they get it in.
