Screen and keyboard protector

What is the best way to protect the screen and keyboard of my 13'' White Macbook?? nothing sticky!
I have a great Shinza sleeve for it, but I want to make sure the screen doesnt crush the keyboard when Im on the go.

I found these two options....any suggestions?

to keep my screen from crushing i use a hard bright red plastic case that is well worth the $60 it cost

Yeah, I still have the piece of foam that came with my MacBook Pro and I use it to keep the keys away from my beautiful, precious screen. I really wanted to buy one of those cloth protectors, but wasn't sure if I really wanted to spend money on it. Anyone have any opinions?

I just purchased this for my MBP that hopefully will ship next week. They even sell a version without the sleeve, and just a keyboard cover.

I had previously ordered the Radtech sleeves, but returned them as they were too tight to get on and off the laptop. When you are in a hurry, you don't want to fiddle with sleeves.

I like the shaggymac one because it covers the entire laptop, not just the keyboard and trackpad. The radtech screensaverz tend to require the perfect center and I dont like fussing with them.
