Screen burn problem

I have a 24" iMac (the white one) and have got a problem with screen burn.

Windows of apps are leaving an outline on the screen (which oddly aren't there when I take a screenshot to try and show you) - it seems to be happening mostly to the bottom left of the screen.

Does anyone know how I could try and sort this out?

Don't worry... I had this exact issue on my old 24 inch white imac... The image persistence does go away. The link provided by the poster above me ( http://www.jscreenfix.com/ ) also helps the process along .... Just give it a few days.. it eventually goes away.
