Ok so i messed up i had to leave my computer for a few hours today and i was installing windows via boot camp when i left and when i came back i have the image of the one of the windows install screens burned into my screen. does any one have any mac based programs for getting it out? its not bad more of just a ghost.

For LCD screens the issue is known as "image persistence" because the effects are not permanent.

You can try turning of the monitor for an extended period (hours to days), set your wallpaper to solid white, or leave your screen saver on for an extended period (preferably one with multiple colors extending to all areas of the screen).

Yeah, I left my screen active for an extended period of time and had some weird lines on it from my Stickies. After a couple days, they disappeared.
