Ok, I have one of the first macbook pro's from March 2006.

The screen started buzzing like a ban saw, so I got it serviced. Just received it back from the service center today after they said they solved the problem by replacing the main board. The buzzing now is a lot softer, but it's DEFINITELY still there.

What should I do? Is there anything else I can do?

There is a program called "ShhMBP". Search it in Google and download it. It uses very little CPU, and eliminates the noise.

Hope it helps.
