I have a number of films embedded in a google docs presentation that I cannot seem to download.
So Im thinking of playing them and having a screen capture app do this instead.
I know that I can record using shift>command>5 but Im also wondering if there are other apps
that might do the job better.

I have access to (but haven't purchased): Joyoshare Screen Recorder, Snagit, Camtasia, Screenflow, Screenflick.

Could anyone suggest what to use for my needs?

Thanks

Screenflow is great for moving image can’t comment on the others, QuickTime is good with limitations.
These days I find the best solution is the screen recording built directly into iOS handles video and audio, saves directly to your phone/ipad photo library and airdrop to your mac.

Thanks....I have installed OBS (free) and will give that a try first.
If not, I'll look at Snagit.

All the other free options like quicktime etc have some issues with Frame rate I am told.
