Screen capture software with system sound

I need to capture video and sound from website to make little clips for me of them.
I have tried few software but they don't do sound from system. They use only internal microphone and that is bad quality.

So, I need to know what software could be good for this need that I have? preferably free software.

If you want to capture a website video, then try the free Video DownloadHelper add on for Firefox, which captures (almost all) streaming videos. If you want to do a screen capture of a video that is playing, you can use the Screenshot app that comes with Mojave. In order to capture the system sound rather than the sound from the built in microphone, you will need to download the Soundflower drivers (https://github.com/mattingalls/Soundflower/releases/tag/2.0b2), and select these in the Screenshot options. There are some special instructions on the Soundlower site regarding installing these drivers under Mojave, but it isn’t too difficult.

Thank you so much! I forgot to write that I have High Sierra and that is highest it goes. I got Soundflower working well with QuickTime. It needed little extra work, but I am pleased now.
Also Firefox worked well.
