Hi, all. I'm in need of some assistance.

The screen on my girlfriend's 5C suddenly died while she was talking on the phone. At first I thought the cause is a faulty LCD, but that apple boot logo is what troubles me. There are no issues there.
Also the phone rings when I call the number but I am unable to pick up the call even with sliding the finger all over the screen. The only change I see is when the screen turns darker after holding the power button and bringing up the power off slider.

Here's a youtube link that shows the issue: Youtube video

The phone was restored and set as new ~5 days ago and then jailbroken, and here are the tweaks installed: CacheClearer, CleverPin, ColorFlow, DetailedBatteryUsage, DisableVoiceControl 8, Flex 2, FolderEnhancer, iFile, Keyboard Accio, mikoto, NCObey, NoAnnoyance, NoTracking+, ShowCase, Slide2Kill8, Springtomize 3, StatusVol X, SwipeSelection (tweaks recently installed are bold)

I'm really trying to avoid restoring to 8.1.3 to check if this is a faulty screen, but I think that will be my final solution.

Also, I was unable to get into safe mode after force restart and using the volume up button (or maybe it got to safe mode, but with the screen dead I am unable to tell).

Any ideas? Thanks

P.S. Sorry for the long boot video.

But the screen isn't dead - the video clearly shows the Apple logo visible during the boot sequence!

One thing that does seem odd is the dark blur at the bottom of the display immediately after the Apple logo disappeared from the screen (at 1:10, shortly before the display went completely white again). Was that just a shadow, or perhaps the angle of the camera?
