Has anyone notes a difference in screen quality between the second and third generation iPad Pros? I’m not asking about the hard fact on paper that both screens are the same beside different names and rounded corners.

Why do I ask?
I remember the iPad third and fourth generation had different colors on screen beside showing the same specs on paper. The fourth was a little warmer than the third. Furthermore, I had heard that the new generation has better contrasts than the old I real life and would like to know if it is true as well.

Only thing I’ve noticed about the new screen vs the 2017 pro, is the new one is a fingerprint magnet. I put the matte paperlike screen protector on as I got tired of wiping the thing down at the end of the day.

I owned a 1st gen iPad Pro 12.9-inch — the build quality was horrible (even with multiple returns). The screen quality on every one I had was poor. Every unit had bad backlight bleed and strange color variations across the screen, namely a warm streak across the screen. I was so glad to get rid of it. My new 2018 iPad Pro 12.9-inch is beautiful.
