screen dim issue not fixed in 10.5.1

it still turns the screen off after about 15 seconds of not touching the machine, even though all screen dimming options are disabled, anyone else?

this is on battery BTW it seems to be ok on power, since i have it set to not turn the screen off at all, that seems to be the only fix ive found
