iPhone 13 Pro Max Screen does not fit

I am having this issues since the pro max 12.
It feels like some apps are not fitting the screen whenever I need to scroll any search bar such as the one on youtube (see attached files, one pic shows the issue, the other one shows how it looks like if I dont scroll) instagram, doordash, crypto.com.
I used to think it was coming from bad app optimization but it has been like that since the iphone 12 pro max and I dont see anyone complaining about this issue…
I hope I could find some help.

When I tap the search bar, I can see the entire list of my history (2nd attached file) and when I scroll the bar I get the 1st attached file.

That looks completely broken. Did try try to delete and download the Youtube app again?

Yes I did more than that since Im having the same issue from the iPhonepro max 12.
and it also happens on other apps too
