Screen freezing...

Hi all!

I recently plugged my new PC to my monitor trought HDMI and my mac mini 2012 i7 2.6 always freeze when I come back to his input. I can move the cursor but nothing is clickable. The mac mini is plugged with mini display port to display port cable on my monitor.

Any idea why I got this problem?
