I have one piece iphone that one of my customers gave me for repair....i'm not sure what he did to the phone though....the phone is unlocked but the touch screen is frozen and im unable to click on any icon....can someone help me out with this...thank you

It sounds like a internal hardware problem. Your accelarator might not be working either. Is the phone still under warranty?
 
When your phone is on standby and you click your screen and you see the "Slide to unlock" are you able to do that and go on to see you all your app icons? Coz if you can slide to unlock it, then youre screen if fine. Not sure about screen freezing when you see your icon apps though...

I cannot slide to unlock it also, i think this is a software problem....i dont know what to do help
