iPad Pro Screen goes off when settings say otherwise

I run a photo booth with my iPad Pro, and have keep having this issue that the screen turns off after a certain amount of inactivity. I changed the settings so it does not fall asleep and I have it plugged in so it’s continuously powered.

What am I missing?
