Hi. I have an iPhone 11 pro running ios 14.7.1. It's been a while since I checked my battery stats but a few days ago I did go check and noticed that any random individual app is running in the background when my screen is off.

This is weird because the last time I constantly checked my battery (few months ago), this doesn't happen.
So what I did, I forced closed all apps, which predictably solved the problem, until I started opening apps again. I turned off my phone as well, but the problem recurs.

It wouldn't be very efficient if I force close all apps every single time I lock my phone, since this usage of screen off time also happens during normal use.

How do I fix this? Worried it might be unnecessarily drain battery. I know it's not supposed to work like this since background refresh is turned off for all apps.
