Screen Problem

Hey guys.
Today I bought Apple iPhone 5S gold 16GB used phone
it has 2 days Checking warranty..
and i am here to ask you a problem that I am facing
I need suggestion
So when I brought it at home I noticed on safari that the White color is not balanced or not in uniform color.. it has pink tinge/hue/shade in rectangular shape in my iPhone and now i am freaking out with it.. the seller called me and said that if you are not satisfied with the set you can send me back.

2nd. when i brought it home it becomes HOT and I reset it and till now it's been 5 hours its running flawlessly..(pink shade still the same)

the seller gave me a Box of Verizon Variant ASURION.. written and he told me that for Custom Purpose I have put the iPhone and its IMEI number on the box. it is not refurbished 100% ... <-----he said <----

I wanna ask that..
IS IT REFURBISHED?
WILL IT BE HARMFUL FOR PHONE (WILL IT SPREAD?) IF I KEPT THIS PHONE IGNORING THE PINK SHADE?
WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST OPTION??
RETURN IT
OR
KEEP IT..
KINDLY GUIDE

P.S: I am in Pakistan and it is U.S imported Mobile Phone.. it is Still in Warranty by Apple till July 2015. There is no Apple Store in Pakistan. So what do I do now?

Warranty is moot since you don't live in same country as where phone is from. I doubt the uneven colour will spread over time. So really depends if you can live with this or not. Since you have option to return, it may be best if you think this issue will continue to nag at you.

If you got that phone in an Asurion box, that is likely one that is provided by Asurion, which is a large warranty company that provides replacements for damaged mobile devices. The Asurion replacement (according to the Asurion site) may be new or re-manufactured.
So, either way, the seller is correct about "not refurbished".
But, do you think that "refurbished" is the same as "re-manufactured"?
Could be true!

If you do not like the pink screen, return it to the seller.

Thanks for your kind reply .. I read about it that it is a adhesive which was used for lcd .. And for this i have to change the LCD .. So I decided to return the set.

There are better used iPhones ... but you can get a new 5s/32 for $149 from the apple store on contract in the USA .. or the unlocked one for overseas service at about 500 dollars which is new.

A refurbished one on E-Bay is about 200 to 400 dollars ... and that is done right.

So ... on the next one you get used .. you can check it out with a free app.

In Pakistan, Ebay/Craiglist/swappa/Paypal are not available. So I am unable to Purchase or sell from Ebay. as Paypal is the safest way for money transaction, I believe, but it is not available too here. So sometimes I become sad about it.
Well leave it.. I have downloaded the app you've given the link.
I have bought 2 iPhone 5S/16GB [(along with bix and complete accessories of PKRupees 38,000 (approx $383) , iPhone 5S/32GB (Only Set with Charger of PKRupees 37,000 (approx $373)]
and they are perfectly working. 5s/16gb earpods are damaged the seller didn't told me and I haven't checked. now I have to buy some local copy of Apple Earpods
