Screen protector and case being oily; just me?

Hi;

I have had the Belkin Invisiglass for my iPhone XS Max for a year; and I feel that it gets greasy/oily quite often.

It's also happening with a clear plastic case.

Is this normal? I don't want to buy a new screen protector when it's mint; just needs constant cleaning.
