iPhone X Screen recorder max length and file size?

Does anyone know what the max length, and also the file sizes of the iOS inbuilt screen recorder is please?

Been advised on specific app to use screen recorder to help with certain things.

I'd need it to run for like 20-30mins at a time?

Is there a setting for length, quality etc?
