Hi, I have a Mac mini running a projection installation at a store in a different city. I did all the installation work and came back to my house. It was all working fine for a week but it seems like the computer crashed last night and the the program which was running projection stopped. I am trying to access the computer by using Screen Sharing via iCloud which I was able to two days ago doesn't work anymore (doesn't appear in Shared). When I go to "Find My Mac" the Mac mini appears so I suppose that it's logged in with my iCloud account.
Is there anyway that I can access my computer? I am logged in with the same iCloud so shouldn't it work? I am confused. Please help!
