Screen sharing

guys - sorry I come from the windows world where I could RDP or Remote Desktop into a computer and do my work without it being physically visible to anybody near the physical computer. With Mac it uses VNC so everything I'm doing remotely is visible to somebody sitting next to my office computer. Any other tools which will be give me complete control of my MAC without showing everything? I understand I can turn my monitor off but if somebody turns it on, I would not know

I don’t think RDP is available for Mac OS. I am referring to logging into a Mac mini from a windows computer thank you.
