Screen swapping on OS 10

Hey,

First post - be gentle.

I work at a Mac using two screens and multiple desktops. One screen is smaller than the other and so at time I have my main work on the large screen and research on the smaller. Is there a way I can quickly swap the two screens? So that I can swap the display on the smaller screen to the larger?

I know that I can drag the desktops across to the other screen, but I was hoping that there was a simpler fast shortcut that will do the same.

Any help or direction to solutions greatly appreciated.
