My daughter has a iPhone 8 running 14.4. This phone has Screen Time (ST) enabled and restrictions are on. I have two issues relating to Screen Time and contacts.

1. On her phone she is able to ADD a new contact without prompting for the ST passcode.

2. On my Mac (Big Sur) and my phone (14.5), under Communication, when I go to her ST settings, the box is checked "Allow Contact Editing" and under "manage Name iCloud Contacts- ON" and Contacts is 0.

For some reason, on my phone and Mac I am not able to uncheck "Allow Contact Editing" box to disable that feature. I don't know that is what is allowing her to create new contacts without the prompt for the ST passcode.

It is odd that she can still go in and create a new contact unless the age plays a role in this situation. She is classified as an adult according to Apple. Perhaps, I need to adjust the age.
