Screen Time not working on family member

Hi all, since a couple i'm not able to see the stats in the screen time of my daughter, added as "family member" in my iCloud account.

Every is set up correctly but when i enter in the screen time of my daughter it's empty.

Running iOS12 on a Iphone Xs Max.

Any idea?

I've tried to remove and add again the member with no luck.

thanks for your kind answer.

Sounds weird because at the first use everything was fine (ios12). Waiting for a fix from Apple.
