I have two family members with iPhone 7’s and running iOS 12 PB. I can’t get any updates to come through for the the usage in their device. They are connected to my iCloud account via family sharing. I’ve tried restarting all devices with no luck.

What could be causing this?

Anyone seeing this? Is there a way to disable screen time from a teenager’s perspective?

did you set up the screen time from your phone? if so, you should have been able to set up a screen time code that they would've had to use to disable or change the settings

Might be a dumb question but I'm pretty certain that both parent and kid phones need to be running iOS 12. I enabled it on my son's phone, it enabled all right but no effect whatsoever. His phone is on latest released iOS 11, though. So I removed it until they go to iOS 12 unless there is a way to do this.

They are both on iOS 12.

That part isn’t functional yet. Only the ability to view your own.

Not true. For the first 48 hrs I could view all of their usage. I was even able to lock their phones down.

Same exact thing me for me.
First 2 days ok, then I was not able to see a member screen time for good.

Tried every kinda test: remove/add/erase stats... nothing.

I see the member but the stats are void.

Both running iOS12

Same here. Kids' iPad mini and my iPhone X on iOS12 but Screen Time for the kids' device not showing on my iPhone unless I pull it up on their iPad first.

Anyone have a fix for this? I have the exact same problem. I never used any beta. I installed iOS 12 on release day and enabled screen time on my child’s iPad.

I could see the report in real-time for the first few days. Now it shows nothing on my account. I can still see the usage on the child device itself, and everything is configured as it should be. The device setting explicitly states (paraphrased) “family members will be able to see your screentime”.

I updated all devices to 12.1 and rebooted everything. My last resort would be to sign out/in on iCloud, but that is a pain, so I’d rather avoid it.
