Screen vanishing w/ Safari 6 and Ml.

Random screen issues with ML and safari 6. Happens on either the ATI 6750m or Intel 3000HD.
The page is not displayed until I highlight it. The page has also been fully loaded and rendered as the progress bar on top goes away. Highlighting and clicking away resolves it but why is it happening? Is it software or hardware?
I haw had 2 bad ATI cards on my system so far so im a bit worried about another failure. I do have applecare. I may take it in if it continues to be an issue, however I want a second opinion from you guys.

Let me rephrase my original post.
