Screen won't turn on

Hiyas i have my monitor in the setting to turn of in 5 minuets after 5 mins i turns of and won't turn back on by moving me mouse i have to press a button on the mouse or keyboard to turn the monitor back on it used to work by just moving the mouse is there a problem with my mac pro or a bug some where please get back to me and let me know thanks loon boy

It started with the "upgrade" to Lion, I have the same problem on my 2010 MacPro with a 27" Cinema Display.
