I run a hub on Instagram where we feature other users photos from our hometown. I've been running it for 2.5 years now. Well part of what we do is take a screenshot of a user's Instagram photo and repost it to our page. Well, my partner has a brand new iPhone 6 and her screenshots are noticeably lower quality than with my Plus, or any other iPhone for that matter. I first thought it was an app she was using that exported the screenshot that way. But they are coming out like that from the screenshot itself. Why would it look so noisy & pixelated? We've never had this problem in the past.

If HDR is not on, then you might want to check with Apple.

Some iPhone 6's are involved in a camera replacement program because of blurry pictures.

You can check if your phone is involved here:
https://www.apple.com/support/iphone6plus-isightcamera/

If this page does not indicate that your camera is covered, take it to Apple anyway and show them what's wrong. Under warranty they should replace it anyway.
