I ordered a 1.8 (now 2.0) MBP CTO with 7200rpm drive and iWork, on Jan 12, at 7am, with Applecare, and an additional power supply.
All along I've had a Feb 15th estimated ship date. I've done nothing but wait patiently for my order to ship. I've made no changes to my order. Apple even charged me on 2/12 for Applecare, and I didn't complain.
Today I checked my order status yet again, to see if it shipped and this is what I see:
My extra powersupply is missing, and now my ship date is March 21st! WTF?!
I just got off the phone with Customer Service, and I'm being told: "Sorry for the inconvience" No help. No explanation. "I'll check with my supervisor." Still nada.
I'm postively sick. I just ordered today, a ton of gear to go along with this machine... another gig of ram, a brief case, bluetooth keyboard, 20" LCD, etc.
Is there anything I can do? This was going to be my first Mac.
