My new memory chip arrived today and I was excited to install it. I would have never guessed that I would have a problem, but the single screw that holds the memory compartment shut will not unscrew. I'm afraid to put much pressure on it as I don't want to strip it. Hmmmmm

The tightness may be due to the material the screw is bored into pushing up on it (doing what it should do). Any way to put a bit of downward pressure on the material while applying some firm, even pressure to the screw?
