one more thing

This worked fine when we put the site together on iWeb and it still works (loads and scrolls) correctly on my mac. However, it doesn't for people using other browsers SINCE we added frame forwarding. Could this be the problem and if so how can you have your own personal domain without doing frame forwarding?

The site rendered fairly quickly for me (Firefox), though I was blocking JavaScript. As I enabled one at a time I noticed the scripts connected to mac.com were the slowest to load. It's known for not being the fastest provider.

I think there's other options besides frame forwarding, at least it sounds that way from other discussions I've read here, but don't know them myself. You may want to try to do a search on the forums.
