Does scrolling in iOS 9 feel different to anyone else? It seems like the same gesture will now make my page scroll farther down or up than I intended it based on my usage with other versions of iOS.

I'm using the iPad Air 2.

Yes it takes a little bit more effort to get the scrolling inertia going in iOS 9 on my iPad mini first gen.

It's a new scrolling engine based on Metal right? I would that is just a sense of higher FPS.

I wonder if fluidity will be improved on non-Metal compatible devices like, well, any 32-bit iOS device.
