Scrolling in Sierra terrible on iMac

Does anyone have a fix for the low frame rate scrolling in Sierra? It seems like only iMacs are affected.

I've found that scrolling on my MacBook Pro Retina 13" Mid 2014 is slower overall using Sierra. Facebook was always choppy but is worse now in Sierra.

Thats odd, my Macbook Pro early 2015 is not affected at all by this. Both on my iMacs are though.

The entire UI was juddery for me until I did an SMC reset. All sorts of things were weird until I did that, for example I didn't have the Siri icon in the upper right.

Anyway I would try that if you haven't yet. Seemed to work for me and it's on par with El Cap now.
