SD card dongle from back of iMac

I just use a USB 3.0 memory card reader for SD and compact flash (I use RAW STEEL UDMA Reader with a very short cable).

What you want is:
- a USB3 card reader
and
- a USB male-to-female "extension" cable, like this:

When you're not using the card reader, you can use the "extended" USB3 port however you wish...
