"The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer". The only options I get are ignore and eject.
I am running a MacOS Sierra.
Also when I insert it into my cannon camera it says "Check the memory card" or "Memory card is locked" however this occurs even when I alter the switch on the memory card. I tried disk utility and I am unable to rename the card, nor am I able to erase the contents because it just says error everytime. The memory card is 32 size. When I run first aid it just says done.

I guess I need to bring it into best buy which is what I'll do tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone on here thinks they know a solution.

THanks.

I had a card once that had a loose lock slider and every time it was inserted into a device, it would slide to the lock position.

IF there's nothing on the card you need to save, might just be easier to put the card into a drawer, and buy a replacement...
