I have a new Mac Mini (late 2012 model) running OS X 10.8.2.
When I insert an SD card into the built-in card reader and try to copy files (photos from my camera) from the SD card to my hard drive, Mac OS X successfully copies some files and then complains that some files are corrupted.
I also have an external SD card reader that connects to the Mac Mini by USB. When I insert the same SD card into that external reader, I can successfully copy the files to my hard drive. This tells me that the files are not actually corrupted.
Has anybody else experienced this? Any thoughts on what's going on?
Thanks a lot in advance.
