I have two SD cards for my Canon 870 IS.

1) Trancend SD 133x 2GB

2) PNY Optima SDHC 60HD 4GB

Which will perform better?

Thanks.

I would suspect that a point and shoot would have trouble challenging either card. If you really care, try putting in a fresh set of batteries, then put in the first card and count how many pictures you can take (flash off) in a 30 seconds. Start again with fresh batteries and the second card and repeat the experiment. I doubt you will see much difference between the cards.

I get the picture. The camera does have a "continuous" mode - about 1 frame/sec without flash, 1 frame/2 sec with forced flash. The best feature is the 28mm wide angle. It takes consistently good pics in most all conditions and has more control than might seem apparent. The menu is deep and the various presets simulate many of the controls of manual cameras, just not as conveniently.

If these cards were in a good digital SLR which would be faster?
