Sage, Lightning, and Mountains
New iPhone SE 2020 on AT&T.
Since the upgrade to iOS 14.x, has been unable to send or receive images in Messages.
Sending images results in a fail error, and receiving looks like:

We have been through all the settings comparing it to an 8+ and 7+ both on the same 14.0.1 that do not have this issue.
WiFi vs LTE makes no difference. MMS messaging is turned on.
This is the only app / area on the device where we are seeing this issue. Email works fine.

Looking for any suggestions on solving this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried resetting the network settings?

Did the off and on - no joy.
I am trying to avoid having to do a restore.
However I may have tro go that route

This is when I wish apple had their apps separate from the OS. On Android, you could delete and reinstall the app and that may work.

Well, hopefully someone knows a fix to avoid a restore. I doubt it’s a SIM thing, have you moved your SIM to another phone to check? (Grasping here)
