Se1 not recognising bluetooth headphones

As I enjoy my inexpensive bluetooth headphones which arrived today via Apple Music/iPad Pro
Any reason why Apple Watch se1 isn;t picking up bluetooth at all
Any simple. Re starts which could help?

I had to disconnect headphones from iPad Pro bluetooth temporarily.
New headphones connected.
Respect The Prodigy -could be excellent tunes in gym today.

IPad Pro was taking priority.
Music fine
Going to try voice calls over weekend as these value headphones include a mic which require a basic voice command to activate and allow voice calls to be heard.
